This is just a pyramid scam. You buy, then sell to others who sell, thats how you make your money. thank god i found this site to research. I would also thing that Diana you could get your money by filing a report to the labor department. If you worked for and are owed money by law they have to give it to you. My husband did this and got his check, quick!! I hope Diana you send this info to as many website and people as possible. Karma is a ****, its like gravity, it comes back. they will get theres!!

I LOVE AMERIPLAN. I am a single Mother who worked Retail, because after working 5 years to get my X 2 degrees I became sick and my marriage failed. I was unable to sign up for the dental benefits at my job in time, and a surgical extraction in Charlotte NC was going to be $600. I got on Ameriplan and found a surgeon not very far away, who charged me only $125. I was so happy to get rid of the pain of the infected tooth. The surgeon was excellent. Next, I needed two root canals, and at this time I did have dental insurance. I found a dentist on my Ameriplan who also took my dental insurance. His usual fee for a root canal was $576. With my dental insurance I paid only $116, and then the dentist took 20% Ameriplan discount off of the 116, so I paid only $82 each for two root canals. With Ameriplan I saved on all additional x-rays not covered by my insurance as well. In Charlotte I found a dentist who offers dental implants at half off with Ameriplan. Sometimes finding dentists on the plan are hard to find, depending on the region of the country you live in, but they are certainly worth the effort of looking for. You said that you worked so hard for this company enlisting Dentists. Why would you enlist Dentists for a company that you could not see had produced a proven track record showing integrity? I was impressed also with the broker who enrolled me. She was single Mother who had enrolled 100 members on Ameriplan. She made $600 monthly residual income with her business. No hype. Maybe you did have a bad experience with Ameriplan, but it is wrong to denounce them for wrongs they are not guilty of, and to defame them this way.

AmeriPlan is NOT insurance, and it is NOT sold as insurance. It is a discount plan. That is all. And if AmeriPlan DISCOUNT PLAN is the only thing you can afford, why is that our problem? For the $19.95 you pay for the Dental, Vision, and prescription SAVINGS PLAN, it is a good deal. If you use it just once, you get your money back. It is what it is. Nothing more. And someone who uses the foul insults you used fully illustrates your character and IQ. Go buy some insurance for $19.95 a month!

Let's take a look at what you are saying 1. "how they unethically terminated my income with no probable cause " Yet later you stated you went into other provider rep areas (when each rep is given specific ares so there is not a barrage of people contacting doctors offices asking them to be providers). To me it sounds like you were not very respectful of your fellow AmeriPlan Provider Reps, as a matter of fact what you did was downright wrong. Each provider rep has an area. What was so wrong with your area that you had to interfere in other Provider Rep areas? Maybe the people in your area already know you? 2. "Word of CAUTION: If you go to their meetings, stand up and ask questions and complain when they won't answer. They'll tell you to hold your questions till the end and then won't answer them while the audience is still there. They'll make you break down into smaller groups so the rest of the perspective brokers can't hear HOW they AVOID your questions." Why not ask those same questions in this forum for the world to see? I'll be glad to answer each one that I can. My wife and I have been in AmeriPlan for 5 years and it has allowed both of us to retire from the Work Force and focus just on AmeriPlan. AmeriPlan has been honest and open about their policies and I have repected that and thrived. I run an honest business and they pay me every month for work I have already done and work I do as a provider rep. 3. "Ask "HOW LONG" it actually took these RSD's to make the 1st step to "freedom". What a con, most of the people take over 1 year just to make the measly $1200. and it's COSTS $$$ to get there." It took us a while to RSD and SRSD and ESD and SESD, but then again we were very part time. Being your own boss sometimes is a gift and sometimes is a curse! The good news is you can give yourself any day off you want to! The bad news is you can give yourself off any day you want to! I worked 20 years at a regular job and never made a dime in residual, so taking a year to make residual doesn't seem like such a bad deal to me! 4. "Ask to see the receipts from these "testimonials" of people who apparently saved all this money. They DO NOT exist. Everybody involved exaggerates." AmeriPlan is no different than any other business. Some people LIE, some tell the truth. So while every business has dishonest people, generally a company that is made up of more good than bad grows, those with more bad people than good fail. AmeriPlan has grown for 14 years, that tells me they have more good people than bad people. And as a whole I have met more good than bad people in AmeriPlan. You yourself probably viewed yourself as one of the "GOOD" people in the Company, yet felt free to encroach on other prover rep areas because somehow you were a "BETTER" provider rep than they were. You view yourself as "GOOD" yet state there is no real money to be made and no real savings to be had. Yet you went out and signed up Members and Brokers to this business you personally viewed as a "scam". Apparently you were even willing to sign up HUNDREDS of Dr's so you could help the "scam" grow bigger! So who was unethical? You or AmeriPlan?

Go to the NACA and find a lawyer who practices where AmeriPlan does and sue them. These lawyers work on contingency fee or very low up front cost. Some do pro-bono work. I was an AmeriPlan Broker for over 3 years. Your words brought back memories. Don't let them get away with it.
