Well I do have to say that I have never heard of those travel companies. I myself have been with the company for over 2 years... I am making money and I am saving money. I don't mean to ruffle feathers here but anytime you go into business for yourself you are going to have expenses... You have choices and the outcomes of these choices are yours to bear not anyone elses. You made the choice to come into Ameriplan, I do not know your specific story as to why it didn't work for you. But most of the people on here want something for nothing and want someone to do the work for them. As far as them raising the IBO fees... This was clearly stated as an announcement on their website 6 weeks before it happened. I guess you should have read through the News page of IBO support. I have also used the benefits myself and have saved a lot of money. Not to be rude but is it so hard to admit that you might be at blame here?? Even in the least? Each team handles their new IBO's a little different. I hold each of them accountable but keep them up on the new stuff in the company. Is it my fault then if thy don't go to the corporate call or read my e-mail? Had to put my 2 cents in Richelle Anderson Executive Sales Director

There are several companies where you can start for under $50.00. Just to name a couple: YTB your travel business is $49.00 a month, and GTI Global Travel Internatinal is $39.00 a month. Besides, I thought it was only $19.95 a month to get started.

Dee I have been an AmeriPlan IBO for over two years now. I became an IBO after being a member. I was saving so much money with the plan and refering so many people that I figured I had better get involved and make some money with this. I had a root canal using AmeriPlan. The Root canal was done by an Endodontist. He charges $1495.00 for the the root canal but with AmeriPlan I only paid $325.00. I am a diabetic and normally would pay $285.00 per month for my perscriptions. With AmeriPlan I only pay $85.00. The plan works. In the past 2 years my family has saved thousands with the plan. As far as the business goes, can you name me another business besides AmeriPlan that you can start for only $50.00? I can't think of another one besides AmeriPlan. Can you name me another business besides AmeriPlan that has only a $50.00 per month overhead? I can't think of another one besides AmeriPlan. I have a buddy who owns a hot dog cart. he payed $5000.00 for the cart. He pays $750.00 a month to home depot to part that hot dog cart out in front of the store. He has to purchase hot dogs, and buns, and condoments , and chips, and sodas, and plates, and napkins every month to the tune of $2500.00 a month. Thats $3250.00 per month in overhead for a freakin hot dog cart. With AmeriPlan Your overhead is $50.00 a month. When It comes to purchasing sales aids, I.E. Brouchures, DVD's and so on, let me ask you a question. If you bought a franchise today for 5.7 million or whatever it is they run for these days. Would you expect the franchise to pay for all of your product? I.E. Hamburger patties, buns, french fries, soda? Would you expect them to keep your books for you and pay the rent on your building? The answer is NO! Of course not! If you own your own business you have to reinvest in your business in the form of advertisment, product to sell so on and so on.
