I think these people are in the bracket that use their brain, they were smart enough to get away from your company! If you have to charge $395 up front to force people into taking your loans then something is wrong and that should immediately bring up a red flag. It's loan officers like yourself that has brought this industry to it's knees. Stop the baiting and switching and try being honest with people up front I promise you will be a better loan officer. But then again I don't expect loan officers like yourself to be in this industry much longer, the only thing you know how to do is rip people off. Here's a clue moron, try looking out for your clients best interest for once instead of lining your wallet and by all means don't come on a public site bashing a client because they made you look like an idiot. BE PROFESSIOINAL AT ALL TIMES!

Well it's like another homeowner that doesn't have a clue, and is complaining!! Amerisave has the lowest rates, fee of all the mortagage companies nationwide. You would be an absoulute moron to complain, or even shop for better loan. 90 % of homeowners in this country use there brain. 10 % don't. this borrower is in the 10% bracket!! if you think your going get a better rate by shopping on internet your just asking to be screwed . this homeowner is moron this loan should have been cancelled on day one!! what a waste of time talking to deadbeats howeowners that are just plain stupid!! We finally got a call from the manager Darla who was on vacation for 10 days. Today on 4/6, Darla agreed that Amerisave would reverse the $395 charge and would only charge approximately $40 for their expenses. She claimed that she has a telephone recording that my husband agreed to proceed with the loan. We do not understand how a company could proceed on a loan application without signature and on the same day we clearly told them we were not interested in using their company, that the loan product was not what we requested. The advisor knew we were getting competing quotes from 3 different companies. We asked her if she had copies of our emails and the voice mails that went unanswered between 3/9/2007 and 4/5/2007 and she said no.
