I ordered this product in May of 2013. When I received it my husband took one look at it and decided not to use it. I contacted the company via email to ask if I could return it for a refund since none of the product was used. I received a email back stating I would receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee. I sent the product back and to date have not received my refund. I have contacted BBB but they have not received any reply from the company and cannot help in any manner. Please do not use this company. They do not stand behind their guarantee or word.
