AmeriStar Foreclosure Solutions LLC Started the loan modification process in December, 2009. Promised to refund the $1,400 paid them if we are refused by our lender. We have been refused TWICE. Ameristar & Bill Ray stopped returning , Internet
We began our loan modification process in December, 2009. We paid $1,400 and were promised we would receive a refund if we were refused by our lender for a modification. Bill Ray took over the account shortly after we signed up with them.
Information sent to our lender was incomplete, and we ended up being refused not once, but twice. The last time was in August of 2010. I have attempted to reach Ameristar by phone and email and have not received a word from them in over 2 months. I have begun working with my lender directly because of them dropping the ball.
Ameristar will take your money so RUN, do not walk away from anyone calling from their office. Their good customer service will end the moment they receive your money. I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau also.
