He is a silent partner and scammer in numerous Loan modification companies that are illegally charging upfront fees and taking advantage of helpless homeowners. He is looking to become an attorney, no telling what kind of unethical scam he is going to be running in the event he is able to practice law. If you are charged and upfront loan modificaiton and the company is in Orange County just know that it is this individual who is the mastermind behind the scam.
