Amora Coffee beware of scam coffee company!!! Sturvevant Wisconsin
Have a real issue with Amora Coffee. They were advertising on my facebook page, and touted themselves to be coffee roasters, offer choices of ground or whole bean coffee. I contacted them, and I ordered my "complimentary" package of coffee beans. They Sent one pkg, and we were billed for shipping and handling. A month later, a box arrived with a chrome scoop and 4 boxes of half pound bags of coffee. We didnt want this coffee, so we emailed them, and informed them we didnt want to receive anymore coffee packages. They bill us 67.75 for 2 pounds of coffee beans. I assumed the issue was resolved, and today...one month After I cancelled my monthly delivery, we received yet another package of coffee. They billed us now twice $67.75 once again...so I sent an email to let them know we are not opening, nor keeping the coffee. I expect my money refunded, and we are not paying to send this back , when we never wanted it in the first place. How do you stop this?? We followed their protocol,and cancelled in a timely manner...yet they sent us coffee once again! Should we call our bank...this is very upsetting, and its supposedly coming from Alabama, but the return address is in Wisconsin??? Please help......
