I just recently came across this and is a victim of IMC and Mr.Perez's scheme. The first report is correct that he is a thief. He took people's money and promised to big goals and dreams but never followed through. Over promise and under deliver. He talks a big game but nothing to show forth. I suggest anyone even thinking getting involved with this person do a thorough back ground check. Here is some of the evidence that he is a con artist. I suggest if you are concerned anything at all for you're hard earned money is to do a thorough background check. The first link is just the beginning of his background, there is more stuff you'll find every interesting.
Mr. Perez is being investigated by the Feds. They have contacted me and a numerous of other people. Hopefully this time they shut him down for good or he learns his lesson. Might see him on the next episode of American Greed.
I hope we get our money back and I the authorities stop him once and for all. Hope this information helps anyone who is interested in getting involved with him. One thing to be Caution of is that if you're involved with his scheme the Authoririses might investigate you as well with the wrong association and hurting your reputatio.
