I was hired along with 15 other staff members to do sales and marketing,  We had sigbned contracts and oerformed our work.  After setting unrealistric goals, she terminated that staff without pay and then promised to pay everyone.  She even sent check stubs to "prove" that money was sent.  After many promises, no money has shown up.

After much work, I wanted to update that I have been paid and while I cant vouch for the entire group as of today, I have been assured that they are working to try and rectify all outstanding amounts.

I'm sorry but her fake attorney's getting on here saying people have been paid needs to stop, She's sending wire transfers and showing conformations that still don't even go through, Checks that were never mailed and MANY other promises to pay. I know for a fact that she hasn't paid NOT one single person, and after today with ALL the information I have please KNOWN something else will be going viral for Ms. Bourne and her company. You finally met your match, my attorney also told me that her contracts are about as strong as the paper they are printed on, and for someone who doesn't know what an actual NDA is, amuses me to the fullest.

All things Brett mentioned are true. There are roughly 15-20 people affected by Miss Ana Bourne, She has caused people to lose housing, and set people back terribly in being able to pay bills. I was also cheated out of paid wages. All I have is this "paystub" she used intuit to create. It's just an acknowledgment she owes us. There's no way 15 checks were lost in the mail. I cant pay bills with a paystub. PAY UP ANA!

No payments have been recieved to date by any of the "affected" employees per the contractal agreements despite repeated assurances from the Principle of the company (Ana Bourne).  Paystubs were sent via email and checks were "in the mail".  To date, no payments have arrived based on those statements.  

Once payments have been made and obligations met, I will be happy to revise my post and acknowlege that I am satisfied and paid in full.  As the burden of proof rests on the company, I woujld ask that the Legal Department prove you have issued checks, that those checks have been received and cashed (or EFT payments) by the affected individuals. 14 checks dont all get lost in the mail.
