Anderson Crenshaw & Associates Ripoff, Never had an account, NEVER. How did thye get my SSN!! Dallas Texas
I got a copy of my credit report and it had Anderson Crenshaw listed on it so I called to see what it was about.
They told me of a contract that was not in my name but under my social security number that $499 was owed. I never had any kind of security system, never lived at the address they had listed never heard of them. I asked for a copy of the contract. That was a month ago! Still no contract.
They have threatened to put a lein on the house where it is installed that I never owned, to take me to court for breach of contract blah blah blah. Hello.... it is not me! After calling Direct TV, i guess some how they are involed.. they don't have a record of me ever having any kind of service with them.
So now after being hung up on and called all kinds of names I am fighting back. I am going to persue a lawsuit against them!Maybe if all of us having problems do that we can put a stop to this kind of thing!
