Anderson's Auto Repair, Damian Anderson Former employee ripped off after watching customers ripped off Federal Way Washington
As an employee, I watched the owner consistently over-charge customers, or replace vehicle parts that did not need replacing. He did not follow National Standards for bidding/pricing jobs, either.
Then I got ripped off. I went to work for him in January. He paid me CASH each Friday for 5 weeks. Then, finally, he put me on the payroll. He decided that paydays would be every two weeks. But when Friday rolled around, it was always "Wait until Monday". Then, after waiting until Monday, I had one check that would not clear at all, and one that the bank refused to cash because the check number had already been used!
The last straw that makes him a total rip-off. My wife called and told Damian that she needed to go to the Emergency Room. He said I was busy and he'd tell me. An hour later, she called again. He told her that he had told me to call, and he'd tell me again. Half an hour later, she called again, frantic. She told him that she was going to have to call an ambulance, that she could not walk. He *finally* gave me the message. I left work to care for my wife. The next morning, I called an hour before work started to let him know I had to take her to the doctor, and I'd be in to work. While I was out, he called my home and left a message with my BABYSITTER, telling him to tell me to come get my F***ING tools, "He's done.".
This man can NOT be allowed to continue to rip people off--including his own employees!
