Andrea "Andi" Berger of Winterhave Florida met Michael Ross Roberts founder of Mile2 and Rexxfield on Match.com while still married to his wife and majority partner of Xellex / Mile2. Andrea "Andi" Berger had her $13,000 engagement ring paid for from a join checking account of Tracey Richter who was still married to Michael Ross Roberts for another 6 years. Within months of the engagement to Michael Roberts began transferring maritial assets overseas via Aman Bhar and Mile2 (see documents here).
Mile2 current CEO Ray Friedman not wanting to be out down by Aman Bhar then had his mother Janet Chritenson utilize false W-2's on behalf of Michael Roberts to purchase a home for Ms. Berger (see false W-2' here)
The above all ocurred while Mile2 Founder was still married to Tracey Richter. Sources confirm that Ms. Berger was subsequently hired as a coder by Mile2 through a private party to paritipate on an SQL injection code to be utilized by Mile2, Michael Roberts and his client whom was based overseas.
