Basically, if you are firm with them, they will bend. Geek Squad isn't your only option. In my opinion, you probably shouldn't threaten them with anything because they will not respond. All in all depending on when you purchased this, if you had to wait for the item to come in, the person at customer service will most likely be willing to bend the 14 day rule on that. If not, a manager most definitely will. Also, if they were waiting on Geek Squad to do something with your machine they will also bend that return policy. Nothing at best buy is strict. As for the credit card interest, if your purchase was over $299 you should be getting 6 months no interest at the very least, and as long as you pay it off in that 6 months, you won't be charged the interest from the past 6 months. I would call 1-800-365-0499 and after you enter your account information push #0 to talk to someone about your account. Perhaps they are charging you incorrectly.
