I did have several sites that I had built as a result of purchasing an online photography course. Daniel St. Pierre offers a 14 day course that claims to have your business up and running in 14 days and I bought it and completed it.
I did have several pages up and in each of those sites I had albums with my photographs in them but at the time had only shot one wedding so did use purchased, not stolen pictures for headers to give the site a better look. It was never my intention to mislead anyone. If anyone was offended, I do apologize. I wish I had never used this course.
I will never again have a picture on any media of mine that is not my own photograph. I have not shot any weddings to date for money! I have captured several for family and friends but have not charged anyone. I have also done proms, sweet sixteen sessions, portraits and events and birthdays but always for no charge.
Do I want to one day have a business doing something I Love? Yes. Through word of mouth I do hope to one day do what I Love to do and get paid for it. I hope to earn a reputation in photography by doing what I love to do and getting it out there for people to see. People who know me see me with a camera alot. They know the pictures I give them, I shot them. Please do not judge me based on the facts mentioned in the article you read.
I do not know who Authur is, the guy that reported this to rip off report. I did no work for him. He never contacted me and ask me about my sites. If he had we may could have worked something out. Again, I apologize for using purchased pictures on a website. I did not intend them to be misleading and those sites are no longer up and will never be again. Please visit my facebook site to view some of my recent work. Thanks for taking the time to hear my side of this story.
