Stay away from this guy. He is not all there... He makes very little income but lies to you and tells you he makes good money. He moved into an upscale home, he brought his dirty dog infested with fleas, infested the home and let the dog roaming around the house alone, Even-though, Andrew Chavez reassured me before he moved In, his dog would be crated at all times, except when he would take “Duggie”(dogs name) for walks.
In addition, he is dirty. Never cleaned after himself. Left stove, microwave , cabinets and sink greasy. Also, He only had access to his room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry Privileges, yet he put his bed in the DINNERS area without asking. He slept in the DINNER area!! It took me two weeks to make him move to his room. Very disrespectful.
He doesn’t follow home Rules and argues and gives excuses as to why he does the wired thing he does. He didn’t give a 30 day notice to vacate the premises and requested deposit money back. Of course I said no because it was stipulated before he enter the residence that he must give a 30 day notice before he would get the deposit back.
He was also told that if he didn’t gave a 30 days notice, I would keep the deposit. He agreed. However, He filed a claim with his bank, saying that I stole his deposit. Don’t use cashApp because CASHAPP don’t want any problem so they refunded him the $500 dollars. Without my authorization. Don’t rent to him if you don’t want any headaches.
Supposedly he wants to be a police officer . I am sure when they do his criminal background this will not look good on his behalf. If you want to see pictures (proof ) that what I am saying is true. Get a hold of me thought this site. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that he asked me to live in the home free of rent up to August first. What a nerve.
