Andrew Webber/Wutt is a SCAM and do not give him your work. I was advertising on Craigslist for Flash Animator. He approaches very well, knows how to smooth talk, and offers incredibly low rates.

After telling him what I needed to be done he was very enthusiactic about the project and excited to do it. He told me if would not take long to complete maybe a week.

After about a day or two of talking things over he requested my first deposit which i sent through Western Union online banking, he would not except paypal after I asked him. From there on out he would no repsond to my emails. After about a week he apologized and said he had family matters to deal with and he was working on it now.

A week goes by and still no work seen, not even a concept art which i was asking for. Next he tries telling me he has been emailing me but I must of not been getting them. I tell him I am getting fustrated at this point. (He definitly knows what he is doing and continues to remain in contact with you in hope you will think he actually is doing the work).

Again time goes by and nothing, I learned if you threaten him with filing reports he seems to answer the emails in minutes. He currently said he is still working on my work and will give it to me when its done, I do not buy this and will begin looking for another person.

Finally, I told him I would be doing all the actions I could to get him prosecuted and until he hands me my work I will do so. If he does give me my work I will remove all my complaints to the Secretary of State, RMCO, Craigslist and here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!

This will be the last time I file any complaint for Andrew Webber and will take my loss and move on.

He posted above that he sent my work. He did indeed send a flash file, however when I went to open it, it was incrypted and protected making it unable to open for me. He apologized and said that he did not know how it happened. He said he would resave it to a new file and send it again, (a task that should take about 1-2 minutes). It never came. I emailed him saying he had 24 hours to get me the file or we were through. Again, it never came. Emailed him a few more times after that and got no repsonse from him.

I am simply done with this task. He says he completed the work. After more than 1 month of Andrew Webber with my project I recieved nothing. The best part is that he says he completed the flash video that displays my company name and logo, and he states above (Evolution Studios), the wrong name! HAHA all that work he did and can't even remember my name or get it right. HA

I sent you the flash authoring software................there was a reason for that. That is the software you were to use to open this file. If you had done so you would have then seen the library which contains all of the assets of the animation.
