Kimber, Here are the facts. 1. The renter withheld money from rent due to fix the window that they broke. 2. When I found out that the heater was not working properly I sent a repair company to the house to fix it. 3. I don't know how long the heater was broken because I could not find the renter for over 6 weeks, due to the renter being behind on rent and writing bad checks. I can get copies from the bank if you would like. 4. When the renters moved in they were going to buy the house in 3 months but could not get financed anywhere, and I had to evict them in the end. 5. When the renters seperated and the male left, the female stayed, for approximately 5 more months, the cops were called at least 3 times for domestic disruptions and my property was damaged to the tune of over 4k. 6. It must be nice to be able to get on a computer and attempt to slander someone without worries of being held accountable for anything that you say. 7. You live in Sylvia why don't you go down and talk to my renter that is in the house today and see how they are getting along. 8. In the end I lost over $5500.00 and a house sale by renting to your innocent friend. Andy
