We just bought a Honda Civic from Andy Mohr Budget Center today 4/19/2014.  When we started the car we noticed that their was lights on the dash reading SRS Engine Maintentnance Required.  We then stopped one of the sales men and asked him what that meant.  He said " it's nothing just oil change but they did that and it's nothing to worry about."

We left it wasn't even a mile down the road and we pulled over at a tire shop.  The windows wouldn't roll down they are electric we tried everything.  When we tried the driver window you could hear the motor as if it were working but the window wouldnt roll down it is loose in there i could move it back and forth.  We called Jason and told him about it and he asked if we purchased the extendended waranty we said no and he basically said their was nothing he could do about it.

With all of that said i specifically asked him if this car was in full working order meaning everything works and he assured me that yes everything worked and it runs great that was another lie because when we got up to speed the steering wheel started shaking so something there isn't right either.  

 Not to mention we had an appointment with a lady at another Andy Mohr Dealer and when we got to Budget Center I asked for her Jason said he was going to call her and then walked away with his phone in hand.  Not sure if he really called her or not but he come walking back over he said that he could help us so i figured he talked to her and she gave him the go ahead not knowing that the two stores do not work together.  SO, He lied about that as well. 

VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT LEMON SELLING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

We didn't test drive he did and said everything was in good condition nothing wrong he had to of seen the maintenance light and he didn't bother to let us know. the windows didn't work. guess that's what you get for believing a sells man. live and learn doesn't matter we r stuck with it and I can fix it. just letting the people know what kind of company they are!
