Do not trust Angel Manuel and Scott Harden. They have an events and bartending company called Cold Pear. They organized a 2011 New Years Eve party at the Vault in downtown LA. Angel hired me to promote his event and organize a street team. We had a contract.
He would confirm every time that a certain amount of people would be sent out to promote. I have text messages stating the running tab for how much he owed for the street team promotions. I gave him the total money owed the day before the event, and he agreed to it and sent a team out on the last night.
The day of the event, I even came and helped organize the night, without getting paid for that. It was chaos because he didnt even have the guest list prepared for the VIP host. The table seating was not set out. Angel came hours late to the party. Nobody knew what they were doing. There was only about 200 or so people at the event. The waitresses ended up quitting in the middle of the night because it was so unorganized. The party was a mess. They didnt even pay all the waitresses for the work they did.
Angel said that he would pay me, but he kept dodging me. I even did the paper work to take him to small claims court. I had the Sheriff serve him the court papers, but he was hiding out so they never found him. Hes been hiding every since. Its been almost a year and he has not contacted me or paid me for the work I did. Scott Harden has changed his phone number. The person that has his old number told me that a lot of people call his number, looking for Scott. He is obviously hiding out too. Scott has his own youtube channels, scotthardentv and Lagunabeachjeantv. Angel Manuel, Scott Harden and Cold Pear are not to be trusted. They do not organize successful parties and they are scam artist
