Angel Stevens promises you the ease of processing on line rebates. this is all a lie and a scam. Once you sign up for the program you get a book to down load which sends you to another website, that is free, you do not even need Angels website to access this free website, this website is Paydot.com. She also says you can speak with someone from her company to help you, this is also false, you get an e-mail address that says someone will contact you and they don't. Bottom line if it looks to good to be true it is.
