ANGELA PENBROOK - TOTAL SCAM!!!! REFUND NEVER RECEIVED Internet Internet
I purchased this program March 7, 2008. I have been attempting to receive a refund since the 13th of March, as I did not receive the information as promised - it was a total scam!! They told me on the 13th that it would take 5 - 7 business days before the refund reached my bank. On the 20th they sent an email that the refund had been processed and it would be another 5 - 7 days before the money reached my bank. On April 1st I still had not received my money and called the customer service number. I was told that there was a glitch in their system and that I would receive my money by Friday, April 4th at the latest. I called them today, April 5th, as I still have not received my money. They told me they had finally gotten the glitch fixed and that the money will be in my bank on Tuesday, April 8th. What a JOKE!!!!! I guess we'll see what happens on Tuesday. I wish I had seen this sight before I purchased the program!!!!!!!
