Did you sign any form of paperwork that says the company has the right to monitor employees? I think there is such an agreement that companies have to tell employees if there is software on a computer that monitors them. The same should have been for the trucks / and hey atleast they told you cameras with audio was installed.

What Privacy are they invading? You are employed by this company. On company time, driving a company(?) truck they are video taping your actions. How is this any different than a clerk being video taped while they are working in a store. How is this any different than a bank teller being video taped when they are working? The only "privacy" they could be invading is if you were making personal phone calls, doing text messages, or having people riding with you. I have a feeling that those are actions that they probably don't want you to be doing to begin with.
