Anglia Renewable Energy Ltd - Laurence Hibbett Awful service, awful products, ripped us off, Lied lied lied and lied some more Norwich Nationwide
We found Anglia Renewable Energy Ltd on the internet and contacted them. We dealt with a person called Laurence Hibbett, who came to our bungalow to do a site survey. He promised a professional instilation and provided various estimations for the work and running costs based on feed in tarriffs. Basically it all looked good and we went ahead and ordered the system and paid our deposit.
Thats when the problems started, after months they eventually installed a system but it was far from the spec we ordered. The mess left by the installers cost us a fortune to put right and our electric still randonly fails to work.
As for the feed in tarriffs, well these just never happened.
After 3 months we contacted Laurence the sales guy and he just brushed us off with a load more lies. We have paid over 14,000 pounds and we have a useless system. We were promised free electric. We feel completely conned by this company and are now making a report to the trades description authority. Please be ware of being as sucked in as we were.
