Here are some details what happened with M1 package (You should figure out when read the attachment) .Please read the UPS postcard - ON June 09/09 M1 was "NOT DELIVERED "from some mistake of address. On June 10/09 I called UPS and I told them to send back to sender because it is Mail FRAUD and they say OK, We will send back, On 06/16/09 at 9.42 AM
M1 was delivered to McHenry IL USA
This is conclusion : The M1 package never DELIVERED to my address ,It was " NOT DELIVERED "on June 09/09 and was sent back to McHenry IL USA as the proof of delivery state. Anik Giampietro is in Mail Fraud business on Intrnet ,Do not do any business cause can loose your money

The person that is making the accusation above is named Theodore Baduna who lives in Clearwater, FL. He approached me 2 years after purchasing a product requesting a refund.
The $1,600 he is referencing here is from a business opportunity I was involved with over 4 years ago. For that product there was a 30 day money back guarantee.
I have empowered and worked with thousands of entrepreneurs over the last 6 ½ years and I have never had any complaints. The only feedback ever posted was positive testimonials in the form of video and text.
Here is a gentleman that was clearly cleaning out his shelves on information he never took action on looking to get money back. He was stalking and harassing me with numerous emails and threats that were not true and uncalled for.
Theodore Baduna ridiculously referenced a ponzi scheme since he was clearly frustrated. I was involved with a total of 2 businesses on the Internet and both have been credible and have assisted thousands of entrepreneurs to create an extremely lucrative business from home.
The people that created a substantial income were the ones that took action and didn't complain over 2 years later requesting a refund on a product and business they didn't take action on.
I told him that it would not be fair to give him the refund after so much time had passed and that everyone has the same return policy.
He went on to make this rip off report false statement and accusation without disclosing the details and how he was phishing for money 2 years later.
I made this one exception and gave him a full refund and wanted to be cleared of his negative energy.
Even though it is unheard of in the online business opportunity/Internet Marketing space I made an exception and sent Theodore Baduna a full refund in a form of a cashiers check giving him $1,600 over 2 years later.
THEN A WEEK after I refunded his money he contacted me and wanted to pay me to coach him and join me in the existing business I was in. (email proof from Ted attached)
I did not want anything to do with him as a business partner so I refused to accept him. I will only empower individuals who take responsibility for their lives and results.
I continue to passionately coach and empower business entrepreneurs to plug into proven coaching, systems and business to create an amazing lifestyle by design from home.
However, I am extremely selective since I only partner with serious entrepreneurs and individuals that take responsibility for their actions and results.
