Beware of this breeder, especially if you are a breeder your self. It is her life mission to destroy other peoples names. She has done this over and over again.
She has pulled the same scam on 2 people I know. She always threatens to take them to court and bombards them with cruel and nasty e-mails and phone calls. She will buy a puppy and clam there is a problem. Then demands that you give her the money back. If a breeder fights her back she just changes her name and Web Site. Great Scam! She plays the odds most people cave to her demands and give her the money, because they just want her to go away so they dont have to deal with her. Some times she even gets a puppy for free, just read some of the other reports one this site.
But guess what Ann or Cindy who ever you are today. We the breeders, that you have scammed, harassed, and slandered are going to fight back. Get ready! There is no where you can hide. We will find you and expose you every time you come up with a new name and web site.
Thats right we are banding together to fight you so save up your stolen money, because you may need an att. Very soon!
We would like to invite any other breeders or people who have bought a puppy from this woman under ether of these names or web sites and had a problem with her, to join us in stopping this mad woman from hurting any one else.

Thank you Jackson, for supporting my wife and other victims of this woman. We found the information she posted on her site as well and were stunned. This was a giant slip up on her part. And a major victory for us. Adding to the proof of her dishonesty. We will send this information to our Attorney as well. She had all of these breeder so afraid of her and you have made it were she has lost her power over them. There is power in #s. So like you I am asking all the breeders and customers she has scammed to come forward and expose her. Together we can make all of this stop.

I am shocked! I can not believe Cindy Kearney has gotten away with this scam for so long! After talking with other breeders I was recently informed about what is really going on, and the fact she has changed her name to Ann Tanner. Thank you everyone. She uses Puppy Find to post bogus adds with bogus pictures of puppies claiming that she was taken advantage of by what ever breeder she bought a puppy from if they do not refund of the money she paid for the puppy, or send her a replacement puppy. If they do what she DEMANDS she will stop the slander and all of the horrible e-mails. Then a year of so later after she breeds the dog she sells it on her new site and makes a nice little profit for her self. She has done this to a # of breeders I know. They to will be posting their own comments soon. She posted an add on Puppy Find slandering me for over a year. She stated she would never breed the Gift puppy I gave her to replace one she got from my friend, because she was so ugly yatta yatta yatta. According to her site she did breed her. Check it out for your self her name is Gemstone Ava Of Morning Star. While you are there take note that she is so thin you can see her spine. Cindy stated she had big ugly ears, but she bought her uncle from the same breeder I got her mom from. WITH THE SAME EARS! We have to work together to stop this abuse of the internet to keep these kind of things from happening to good people. It is time that Cindy Kearney learn that you cant hide from karma. I can not believe she would go to all the trouble to change her name and her web site, this shows just how devious she is. I feel sorry for you, that you cant see that you do not have to destroy, other people to make it in this buz. Are you trying to cut out the competition or are you just that bad of a person. Either way I will keep on praying that you will see that you are only destroying yourself. And would ask that everyone else would do so as well. Prayer works even in cases like this.

I want everyone to know I am a friend of Sandy from Morning Star Chihuahuas, and know what Ann did to her. I have seen all the E Mails between the two of them. Ann defiantly tried to rip her & Betty off. Contact Sandy your self she will send you the e-mails. You will gasp! At Anns sheer lack of morels. She is as Sandy stated a Bully. Ann Tanner or Cindy Kearney what ever you are calling your self these days. I bought an awesome little Chihuahua from Sandy Wills of Morning Star Chihuahuas. My chihuahua is proudly named Ambers KIKI of Morning Star and, is perfect in conformation and personality. She is every thing that Sandy said she would be. I have found Sandy to be honest and forthcoming. I had been talking to Cindy Kearney thinking she was Ann Tanner. I was thinking about buying a puppy from her. I was so up set when Jack e-mailed me and told me I had been duped. So BEWARE every body Ann Tanner is Cindy Kearney!
