When someone doesn't have their own credit card, there's a reason why. That means you shouldn't give them one of your cards either. If you do, make sure to review the bill every month to be sure they are making the payments. She could have gotten a post office box if she didn't want her husband to see it. However it is a bad idea to incur debts in Arizona without telling your spouse; it is a community property state. He or she is also responsible to pay whether they know it or not. You did sue and win during the statute of limitations, there is no need to sue again. However you let the judgement expire. You could have filed with the court every 5 years to renew the judgement and keep trying to garnish her wages, bank accounts, etc. until you collected all the money.
