Anna Pastachaak Kristianne(Kristi) Anderson Hired me to move her from Abbotsford to Rossland BC and did not pay Rossland British Columbia
The call was to move contents from storage in Abbotsford,
Truck and Trailer was needed, I had a room at $150 and hired help at both ends.
She introduced herself as Anna, she said that she would be able to pay for the move,
A few days after delivery, she was expecting her student loan at the point.
I did the job as requested, and even waited a few days after the said date.
At that point the loan didn't come in and the story was,
They had deposited the check into the wrong account,
and it was an issue getting it al straightened out.
The cheque was to be reissued in three months.
Well, I then knew there was a problem here,
as it is not possible to deposit money into an inactive or turned off account.
The story that I was given through all ov this was;
Her husband was very abusive to her and her children,
and they were escaping and he was relentless in his always trying to find them.
For this reason I choose not to take her to small claims,
as her address would then become public knowledge.
I thought if her story was true, I didn't want to be a part ov her husband finding her.
All the while I believed she was just flat out lying.
Two more date came and went when the cheque was to arrive.
She said on a couple ov occasions that she could pay $500.
But that never came to being.
She dangled a carrot in front ov me with the story that;
Her shared house with her husband was to be sold and she could pay me then,
and that then she would have me move her to the Maritimes,
and would pay me what ever I wanted and it would be cash and up front.
She has never called and said she can't that she can only receive calls and txt
It has been two + years . . . and she has not attempted to pay or be intouch
