The products advertised, bulky sweaters, are not what is shipped to you.
No coopeation. They refuse to provide information to return package but, will offer you 15% and you can keep the package.
When you say no to this offer, you then start receiving generic responses. Ten days later, I still do not have the address to send the packages back and request a refund.
