My company signed up with them for inbound answering services. From the get go, it was a sh*t show.

To further back my original complaint about Answering Specialists. The owner has chosen to make a legit complaint personal vs deal with the issue within his company. For those of you researching for a quality and competent answering service, I encourage you to not deal with this Answering Specialists. To further support my original comments and prove that my experience with this company is legit, Google their company name and search ripoffreport.com for compariable complaints against this company from other customers. The power of numbers, doesn't lie, unlike the owners of Answering Specialists. stay away from Answering Specialists and invest your dollars elsewhere.

As in any business, some clients aren't worth having. I think from the very tone of the complaint it will be clear to you what type of a person this is. He was abusive from the very first call he made to the operators, calling them names and cursing at them and demeaning them without even giving them a chance to come up to speed on his company or his products. Does he really believe that 8 test calls constitute adequate training for the operators? That would be aproximately 1 call for each operator in his group. And then, once he started abusing them, nobody wanted to take his calls.
I'm happy that he is not our customer, and we will never subject our operators to abusive clients. I will always cancel this type of client.
