Our service agreement simply requires a 30 day notice to discontinue service. Each client agrees to these terms when they sign up for service. It appears that this client wanted to cancel without giving the required notice and is angry because we didn't allow this. The other reason that people will usually use this forum is because they are angry when they are turned over to collections for unpaid bills.
If we make a error, we are happy to own it and take corrective action. We have a top notch customer service department who answers every inquiry. It is not possible to please every customer and this is why make it so easy for a customer to discontinue service with only a 30 day notice.
