A few days after I filed a complaint with the BBB, the company responded saying that it would rectify the issue. On June 16, I received a new dental insurance card with the same old, and incorrect, information that I had complained about. Not only did the person who responded, Barbara Chipres, not do her job, but she purposely made fun of me by giving me the same old card that I already had. I filed another BBB complaint and I hope the president responds this time. This is turning into a really bad nightmare and I can't take it anymore!
