Complaint Review: Anthony J Hotard Jr - Amory Mississippi

This is Bob Ilgenfritz. I too am a victim of Rocky Hotard. I too have tried to help him. He has taken advantage of my generosity and concern for the well being of Tori and his wife Lynn,who he is still married to,three times. I have given him employment and room and board and have asked nothing in return but for him to become a man and take care of Tori on his own. He left his mothers and my home after constantly looking for women on the internet. I sold him a 2000 Neon for $2800. He made payments until he decided to move in with Brandi and her daughter in Plainville Ga. He stopped making payments,wont tell his mother where he lives. Cheryl has not been able to see or talk to her granddaughter since August of last year. He still owes us for the car and personal loans for a total of $2025. He's running and trying to hide. He has a warrant out on him and is living off anyone that will fall for his sob story. His last Known address is ours. Attorneys and government agencys have been contacting us. He can run but he can't hide. For a 32 year old kid,he doesn't set much of an example  to Tori about accountability. He quit his job and is living off the charity of others. A sad story indeed,but he has brought this on himself since his mother and I have heard his crying for so long. I have dealt with this mess since 2003. I feel sorry for Tori when all this finally cacthes up with him.

I filled

this report; I have the Plummers bill in the amount of 562.83 his report says

that Wal-Mart bags were flushed in the toilet caused the backup, The new Tenants

have not had any issues what so ever with this home, and have the same purchase

lease as you did and is responsible, We have not has any issue with them,



But on

another note: I would not own this home if it wasnt for you showing up at our

home. Homeless with your daughter you went with my wife to view and agreed to

the terms with the sellers upon us purchasing this home in your behalf (They have a record of

that viewing with you)

you when you showed up homeless at my home, All I am asking is that you pay

what is owed to me Kenneth,



now that the

house is going to closing you owe me the plumbers bill 562.83 two months in electric

bills 998.20 one month of mortgage 400.00  and Ill forget all the other weekly

monies  that you barrowed from my wife

and never repaid

My name is Anthony and I am the person in question here. However most of what is being said hete are lies. Yes, I did up and leave early morning and yes, unfortunately I did leave behind my daughters sweet cat. The reason being is that upon moving in I was not made aware of the fact that this old house had plumbing issues that the landlord withheld to me. The first time the issue occured was the beginning of October 2011, only a couple of weeks after moving in and being a single father starting over with a 5 year old little girl, this was just not conceivable. Having to deal with raw sewage seaping into the tub every time we flush tje toilet. So I contacted said landlord only to find out that all of a sudden now I am responsible for all repairs and was told this time she would fix it but it was never"fixed" only mediated.for the time being and again in a couple of weeks after it started again backing up into the tub where my little girl likes to take a bath. So shortly after having the issue the first time I was forced to sign a leade stating it was my problem or be out on the street. So I sigbed the paper due to the fact I didn't want to be homeless with a 5 year old. Was the rohjr thing yo do leave? Probably not but the only reason the landlord put me in this position was because she found out my mother came into a large sum of money and thought she wpuld bail me and said landlord out of this money pit and when she realized this was not going to happen she forced my hand to sign that false, unwitnessed contra t. So out of desperation I took what I could haul in my truck and my daughter and I left for family that cares. Tammy Shaver can rot for all I care, she's a bitter old woman with nothing else to do but make everyone around her miserable.
