Anthony's Video Moments Dishonest, Deceitful and completely unprofessional!! Rip-off! Omaha Nebraska
Where does one even begin when asked to describe all that went wrong when I hired Tony Padilla to shoot the video of my wedding day festivities!! The videos actually turned out fine, but I almost didn't get to see them as they were "lost in the mail", "lost by the UPS", his dog ate them, whatever, I heard millions of excuses before actually getting my videos 10 months after I was married. But that wasn't even the beginning of the problems...
Now my husband and I are caught in a battle for our refund check, one that was suggested by Mr. Padilla for the inconvenience and promised several times over the course of the past year. The BBB is involved at this point and he refuses to respond to them as well. I'm hoping this will serve as a warning to any Omaha-area bride who thinks of hiring Mr. Padilla to video tape one of the most important days of your life. It is a lot of money and so much time goes into planning the wedding before the actual day, who knew that about a year later I would still be trying to get my refund. He doesn't return phone calls, or when he does there is a laundry list of excuses for the delay (marriage issues, his dad had a heart attack, taking the kids to school, his health).
Bottom line is Mr. Padilla runs a very unprofessional, deceitful business out of the basement of his home. He doesn't make good on his word and I will do everything I can in my power to make sure others are warned as I wait patiently for my refund check discussed so many times before. By the way, my 1 year anniversary is less than a month away. How's that for timely, putting the customer first service? Don't waste your time girls, and do your homework, ask for references... I wish I would have!!!
