I fulfilled 2 offers as required for a Playstation 2 for my son for Christmas (completed offers in August). Completed ENTERTAINMENT book and NETFLIX and both are still PENDING after four months. I've written two emails and the first received a response saying they were investigating, the next received no response at all.
