I purchased their Premium version of Anyplace Control, a remote support program, that allows the user to control and supprt computers, remotely. I paid $48.95, using a Paypro Global payment processor that I was redirected to from the app. I was using a trial version of the software previously. When I attempted to contact support, I was told that the email address I used when making my purchase could not be found so I provided them with the proof of payment via the Purchase ID number as well as the last 4 numbers of the credit card I used. They still denied my purchase and refused to send me the activation code for the software so I could upgrade from the trial version to the premium. I was also told that they do not provide support for the software during normal working hours in the USA and that I would have to Skype with them to get support. I refuse to do this and was never told about the lack of USA support prior to making the purchase. Now my support requests that I make online via a support form are all unanswered after the initial attempt to work this out amicably.

I diod give the incorrect email at the beginning. Actually, a program I use on my computer evidentally caused the incorrect email address to populate the form field so when I did not receive the software download or any email at all from the company I panicked and thought I was ripped off. I contacted the company a number of times and never received a response. After reading the rebuttal and a number of emails I relaize norw that this company is not open for support issues on weekends or bank holidays, and I only learned this after reasing this rebuttal by the company and the email from Yuri. 

I want to say that the reason I purchased the software was because it worked so well and at such a reasonalble proce then the competitoirs out there and would recommend this program to anyone looking to remote into their clients or employees systems for support or for iother reasons. Just as good if not better than the competition software currently on the market and at a spectacular proice when compared to $79 per month with the #1 rated remote software out there. This software cost me under $50 for a lifetime subscriotion. 

I want to apollogize for any misunderstanding and it was never my intention to dispute the products effectiveness.

Customer purchased software using wrong email address which cause problem with software delivery

Our service exists starting from year 2003.

The problem with this exact custome is the following:

1) On June 20, 2018 we received order from customer with email address [email protected] (I can send you screenshot).

We instantly sent registration key to email address [email protected] (the same day as purchased). We can send you screenshot from our mail program with proof that registration key was sent.

2) After that we received email from [email protected].  Note that this email address is different from specified in the order.

Content of that email is the following:  "I just purchased the program and was charged 49 but never received a conformation email or the serial key. Please respond accordingly.".

3) We tried to find email address [email protected] in our database, but we were unable to find. Because customer specified different email address.

4) We answered to customer that we are unable to find order from [email protected] and we requested his order number.  Our office is closed during weekend (June 23 and June 24), but we answer to urgent requests via Skype event during non-working days. So knowing about importance of customers problem we offered to contact us via Skype. Our Skype ID is: AnyplaceControl

5) Customer ignored our offer to communicate via Skype and he sent us his order number via email. But it was done during weekend when our office is closed. So we were unable to answer him during weekend via email.

6) On June 25, 2018 we received from customer the following email: "I am posting a scam report on ripooffreport.com and I will post this report on every dcam reporting site that I can find on the first page of Google until I get my money or activation code".

7) we instantly sent registration key to customer's email another address [email protected]  which was not specified in the order.

Here is copy of our email to customer (private data was replaced with ----):

We activated your online account [email protected] on June 20, 2018. However you never tried to login to your online account. Exactly this email address was specified in your order, so we activated online account with this email. Any other email addresses are unregistered.

Please check your maibox [email protected] and you will find numerous of emails from us. First email was sent on June 20, 2018 (date of order).

May be you use spam filter? Try to find our messages in main box.

Password was sent to you via email.
