Just to let everyone know, we are not in the business to "Rip" our customers off nor are we unprofessional, unkind or dishonest. We are NOT theives by any means! This was our very first year in 2007 to do the Nascar Shuttles and we made many mistakes as well as many problems with other bus companies that we utilized. We had many buses that were late getting to the hotels and drivers that were unsure of where they were going even after they had been giving instructions and directions. It was a very, very tough weekend for all of us in the field, in our office and our customers. Right after the race weekend was over, we contacted every person who called or emailed us with their complaints and we REFUNDED their money along with a letter of apology. We spent thousands of dollars to make things RIGHT with everyone that complained even Joanna & Dave from Coos Bay, OR who wrote this. We know there was a lot of unhappy customers that weekend and I don't blame them for that but before you write bad things about a company, you should wait to see what they are willing to do to make things right! We immediately saw our many mistakes and refunded many customers to make things right! We can honestly say that after speaking with every single person who complained about the transportation, they understood what happened and why so many things went wrong for us that weekend. They ALL thanked us for making things right which was refunding their money. We sincerely apologized for all the mishaps. Since that year of 2007, Anywhere in America Charters no longer does Nascar Shuttle service. We only provide group transportation to the Nascar Events. So as you can see, we are very professional, kind, honest and make good on our mistakes! Thank you
