I have been using AOL for about 3 years. A few months ago I was offered AOL Broadband FREE for a month so I accepted. Well I get my bank statement and guess what....I was billed $28.90---I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE!!! Well I called them of course and they told me aol service and broadband were two different things and that I still had to pay for my regular AOL service. I thought it was just my mistake so I let it slide.

Well I just got my bank statement a few days ago and I saw where they had charged me $57.80 on Apr.4 and then another $28.90 on Apr. 25. I called my bank and they advised me to cancel my checking account. Iasked her if this was a common problem among the bank customers and she said "Absolutely Yes!"

I spoke to a aol representative online and they told me they had to resubmit because I had insufficient funds. This is not the case! They overdrew my account so I get stuck with the charges. The aol rep told me to go change my payment method but I know this is not my mistake. It is AOHells and they should have to pay. But it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

I am at a dead end street, I do not know how to argue with these idiots.
