AOL America Online consumer rip-off fraud Grove City Internet
Well over the last 1 1/2 AOL has cost me about $170.00 in bank fees. Enough is enough!!! They have billed me twice in 1 month, they billed me before my free trial was over, they took money from a credit/debit card without authorization, because I cancealed my card so they couldn't take anymore money from my account, then sonehow they billed my wife's which are 2 totally different card numbers.
Everytime I call them I get the run around, seems nobody knows anything that works ther. Also they charged my sister for broadband, which she can't even have on her computer.I think eveyone should pick a day to canceal, then everyone that has had trouble with them drop them all in one day, there would then understand what the customer means to them because without us, they go under!
