First of all when I called and asked why I had so many different charges I was treated rudely by one of the customer service reps. When I told them I wanted to cancel my membership she said NOPE. When I asked for her supervisor she said NOPE. When I asked for my money back she said NOPE I call that bad service I didnt recieve any 25. gift card from kmart or any kind of service through this company so I think that they're records could be wrong . I still find debits on my account from theyre company for 14.95 I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. I wouldnt refer them to anyone and I really would like them to leave my bank account alone once and for all.

Dear Cathy, It is our mission to make sure that your experience with our programs is satisfying. We were able to locate memberships for you in three of our programs. According to our records, you enrolled for these savings-oriented memberships via the Internet. Our records reflect that the three sales were valid. In order to enroll in each of the programs, you were required to complete an online order form and provide your personal information, including your name, address and credit card number. Without providing such information, you would not have been enrolled in the programs. Our records further indicate that for one of the programs, on November 1, 2004, you ordered a form off the program's website to redeem a $25 Kmart gift card that was offered for trying the program. Despite your valid enrollment in the programs, however, all three of your memberships have been canceled and you were fully refunded for each of those memberships. If you have any questions or if we can be of any further service, please call our Member Services Department at 1-800-411-0821. Thank you. Sarah Omaha, NE
