Apex Home, aka Fidelity Tax Relief aka Apex Tax Resolution Loan Modification scam/rip off tustin California
Apex took our money before they even perform any services. Until now, our loan modification hasnt gone anywhere. Nothing has been resolved between us and our mortgage lender. I'm trying to request a refund but I just learned that they shut down their loan modification business and open a new company under the name Fidelity Tax Relief. We are now trying to work on our loan modification directly with the lender and do the work we hired Apex for. It is so devastating to trust and pay the company for the services they had promised but never received anything for what we paid for.
Now, that they go under a different company name, I believe they will do the same thing to the new clients they have. They will take the money and run. They will close the new business soon and open another one. This should be stopped.
