Unfortunately you can kiss that money good-bye. You will not see it again and don't be surprised if by next week the phone number is out-of-service. I was scammed last October by another group and the pattern rings true here. In the future for anyone who reads this look out for two things -- one if they tell you they need insurance (collateral) payments or if they tell you to send the money to Canada via Moneygram or Western Union.
