On April 6th, 2008, "Patrick Smith" and his son picked up two items (four poster bed and coffee table) from my parents house in Albany, Georgia and signed a contract to deliver them to me in Washington DC on April 19th (a Saturday), 2008.
I paid $250 on April 6th for the pickup.
Repetitively, Patrick moved delivery dates, kept me waiting entire weekends in my home, made excuses (ie his Aunt was having her legs cut off?!), did not answer calls or text messages, and was hostile and unprofessional the odd times that he did.
On June 14th I waited all day for a delivery that never came, and my text messages were unreturned.
A warrant has been taken out for his arrest in the State of Georgia as he is a criminal with a history of theft.
