APPLE LTD I BOUGHT THREE APPLE IPHONES 4S AND HAVE RECIEPTS. THESE PHONES WERE LOCKED BY APPLE USING AN INTERNET CONECTION AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO LET ME USE THEM. WORLD WIDE
WHEN I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE THEMSELVES FROM MY PHONE THEY SAID SEND US THE PROOF THAT YOU OWN THEM AND THE IMEI NUMBERS AND WE WILL TAKE OUR LOCKS AWAY.I HAVE THEIR EMAILS TO PROVE THAT.THEN THEY RANG ME UP FROM IRELAND AND THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT LET ME USE MY PHONES.HELP CAN WE NO LONGER OWN WHAT WE HAVE PAID FOR.WITHOUT BEING BULLIED BY AMERICA ENGLAND
DO NOT CONTACT APPLE LTD TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE IT IS A SCAM TO GET PERSONAL DETAILS.THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP,BY CONECTING WITH YOUR PHONE AND LOCK IT GIVING A NONSENSE RESPONCE WHEN YOU TELL TO PLEASE STOP LOCKING MY PHONE.I BOUGHT THREE APPLE PHONES AND APPLE AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE TO THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT SAID THEY WOULD UNLOCK MY PHONES IF I COULD SEND THEM PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THE REAL IMEI NUMBERS ,WHICH I DID I ENTERED THE PHONES AND GOT THE FACTORY IMEI NUMBERS AND SENT THEM AND RECIEPTS TO APPLE UK.NOT IMEI NUMBERS FROM SIM TRAYS OR THE BACK OF THE PHONE.THEY REPLIED FROM IRELAND A WEEK LATER SAYING THEY WILL NOT LET ME USE MY PHONES,EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM A LEGAL LETTER THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER.

have been putting my case to apple through the complaints department resolver who apple says handle their complaints.apple would not answer my complaint through their complaints department in writing. but kept trying to gain access to my computer which i responded after their virus attack no chance. microsoft recieved a copy of my complaint about apple and have have refused to answer. the legal departments in england have refused to help and it appears that unless i am willing to spend thousands of pounds on this then their is no help from apples attack. my advice is do not buy apple products they are being sold by crooks and supported by crooks.

hi after going through legal channels to get apple to put in writting that their activation code is legal to disable second hand apple phones,as apple say on the phone that apple says they belong to who apple sold them to new? well if i am not right in my saying it is legal theft and hacking,why has apple downloaded a virus on my computer that deleted my computers ability to put its self right or reinstall the windows software.all i say is hackers of the world give one from me and thousands of others living of our backs.yours respectfully.
