Be aware do not do buisness, rent houses, buy houses from Kervin Moreno Mujica. He is a scam artist. He Sold my family a property he didnt even own took a payment os 5,000 dollars from my mother gave her a contract for buying a house when he never even owned it. He puts on a rally good act very manipulative and convincing. He is ver good at scammin people. My mother had to move from the house when the real owners came and told her they owned the house she was living in. Then he sold the same house to another couple still not owning it stealing 1500 dollars from them. He also took a deposit from me for another rental property he said he owned and he did not. He uses craigslist to do his scamming and its been working.So if you meet this man be aware of this do your homework first.
