Well after many online chats (that is all that they offer)with the so called tech support (some idiot who doesn't know the difference between night and day) I found your site and decided to let others know of these swindlers. First of all they never sent me half the information to configure my account, then they never activated the other half. Since I bought the web hosting and a seperate e-mail package I'm double screwed. First the servers are always down. They do not have back up servers and will not catch your e-mail while the server is down. That is pretty bad for somebody like they CLAIM to be. And forgive me for wanting to send outbound e-mail from my POP3 accounts. I have to have a special hotmail account that I spoofed into appearing as my domain name account so that I can send outbound e-mail. That is rediculous and unfair. E-Mail is a bi-directional communication tool, but not theirs. Everytime that you talk to support there are rude and fresh with you like your the problem and not them. They never can answer the questions given (like what is my ip, why does site not work, or anything else you ask). They always ask that you start a ticket for some other lame brain to work on, who usually responds back asking for your user name and password. I never give my passwords out, that is why they are passwords and to be kept private. Plus it takes them weeks to answer back. Point being is that these people are shamless, dispickable, low down dirty bastards who you don't need. There cheap for a reason.. Do your self a favor and go to http://www.godaddy.com.
