I ordered a custom belt from this company. When I received a confirmation email that my account had been charged the email said that I would have my belt sent out and shipped with in 8-10.

I then emailed them at 6 weeks to get a status update on this particular belt and I was told that it is very nice and worth the wait and that it is in the process of being made. I was then told to contact them at 8 weeks to get a better answer.

I then emailed them at 8 weeks and the person told me that now my belt wouldn't be finished until 10 weeks now and so I gave them a little crap about it but was very understanding and told them I would wait.

I then emailed them at 10 weeks to see where it was at and they told me 12 weeks now. Well I had a show that week in Body Building and so to keep my stress levels down I didn't worry about it until the week after. And so I emailed them at 12 weeks and low and behold they told me that there has been a mistake with their belt maker and that it would be another 8 weeks.

I then told them that is absurd and that a Lamborghini could be built in less time then 5 months. And I told them that if they were a good business that they would discount my belt. They then offered a discount on stock items not my custom belt and they would send me back the money that was left over.

I then emailed them and said ok I will take the discounted item with a break down and after the discounted price of the stock Item they still owed me 107 Dollars. After I sent that email I did not hear back from them and have messaged them everyday since Oct.9th 2011 and it is now the 19th today. And I have not had a single reply since then. I have told them that i was going to report them and that I would make a website just to pursue this problem and still no reply. I check my account everyday to see if I have gotten a refund and nothing.

I wouldn't trust these guys and will make sure that I never order anything from them again and that I spread the word out to as many people as I can. As I am sponsored athlete and make it out to a lot of the big shows i will definitely pass the word around and tell people to use a better brand and better company.
