APX Alarm Systems  scare tactits the company uses to make senior citizens buy their system Provo, Utah

Apex alarm systems salesman came to my mother n laws house on or about May 24, 2009 he gained her trust she told him that her husband of 47yrs had past away on May 12, 2009 he told her that she really needs this system because now every body knows she is alone and could be hurt, it scared her to death she told him she could not read and understand the contract so he told her he would explain it to her, he told her the contract was for 12 months after her free trial of 30 or 60 days then she was billed the very next month and now it is a 39month contract also she told him she is on a fixed income of social security and gets paid on the 3rd they set up her pymts for the first of every month causing overdrafts on her account. I have contacted them several times but get nowwhere and to top it all off the system has not worked 6months out of the last 15
