Simple, they don't care about the security of ours homes, the only matters for them is, to sell the junk alarm system, door by door and get the money.

Apx alarm system, have this people selling the alarm door by door and the first thing that they say is, "we are not selling nothing". Then, the guy start talking to you about the system, and everything sounds perfect, free equipment, free installation, low payment. Wow! sounds good, right.

This person want me to sign a contract, but the house is in my husband name, so they need my husband to sing too. When he asked for my husband I said, he's working, can you come later or tomorrow, he said, "Oh no, my area is Buffalo, but for today I'm here in Rochester, so we need his signature now." This proof that they are not a trustly companie,,look. They make me sign the papers for my husband, yes, is true,,,then he never told me that we have only 14 days to decide if we want to keep the system or not. The worst thing is that the contract is for 5 years.

Now, my husband lost his job and I'm not working for a lot of reasons. We need to cancel the contract because we don't have a way now to continue paying for the service. I called the stupid costumer service with no person people actitud to explain our problems and she treat me so bad by phone that I hung up the phone. They are arrogant and only want money. I received a lettler saying that the montly payment is it going to be 40.00 dollars and now in this paper said that I have to pay $43.19 because of the state taxes thing, Ok. I mentioned to the ladie over the phone about the monthly charges and she came with a lot of no sense. Nothing in this country is free, so be aware of this kind of companies.

The sales rep ran both your credit and your husbands. They said that they wanted his signature not because it was his house, but because his credit was higher, meaning better pay for the sales rep. You're not under any obligation to fulfill your contract. He needs to call and complain that it was authorized by him. If they give any crap, mention legal actions for a sales rep forcing someone to sign on his behalf. Knowitall
