the sales person who came to our house siad dont worry about what the contract says i am giving you 30 days and also we told him that we were just renters and he said i will say that you own doint worry about that and then we tried to cancel the 4th day and they said no that we only had 3 days to do this and we told them what the manager said and they said no that he didnt say this and we were stuck we could cancel if we paid the whole fee and i had already taken the alarm out myself and they say they were still monerating it and when actually i had taken it out on the 3rd day and removed the batteries and everything so they didnt have nothing to monitor who ever has a suit against them we want in and we have 3 other familys that have wrote us statements also send me email at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))and lets get these crooks

Happy With APX Alarm Company

I had a system installed in my home three years ago. I have NEVER had any technical problems with the Alarm and feel very secure with my system and this company. I particularly appreciate the smoke alarm component as I live alone and feel secure that should a fire break out in my home, the fire department would be here before the fire could do extensive damage. On several occasions I have set the alarm off because of my own negligence and I have had immediate response from the company checking to see if everything was Okay. The response from the company was always within 2 minutes of the alarm going off. I wish to share my experience because I feel the company has been bad mouthed when there are many people out there, like myself, who are very happy with the service and the system installed by APX Alarms.
