Aqua Technology - Basement Doctor Did not complete the job/ job not functional will not refund the money Willow Grove Pennsylvania
I foolishly hired Aqua Technologies Basement Dr to waterproof my basement. The job was never finished and what they did do to my basement was more damaging that anything productive.
They chipped out some of my floor and then covered it up with cement WITHOUT laying down the pipe. This was blatent fraud.
I asked for a refund and they refused.
I had my lawyer contact them regarding a refund and they told him they went out of business.

This is in response to the rebuttal in this thread. Ken Klinger, owner of Basement Doctor and Aqua Technologies, is in jail for fraud. He will, more than likely, get out of jail and open under a different name. He has no soul. He is a lifelong con artist. Don't believe ANYTHING positive you hear about him or his companies. They are all lies. He gives honest, hard-working waterproofing companies a bad name.

AQUA TECHNOLOGY IS NOT BASEMENT DOCTOR! THIS GUY IS INCORRECT. I WORKED FOR BOTH COMPANIES AND AQUA TECHNOLOGY BOUGHT OUT SOME OF THEIR EQUIPTMENT AS WELL AS 2 OTHER COMPANIES. IF IT WERE TRUE THIS GUYS LAWYER WOULD HAVE FOUND THIS OUT. AQUA TECHNOLOGY IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND THE OWNERS CARE ABOUT US [EMPLOYEES] AND OUR CUSTOMERS!
